What are the terms of payment?
To confirm booking
To confirm your booking you simply make a downpayment of 50% of your rental order. If your departure date is within 60 days you will need to pay the full amount of the rental order.
Two month before leaving
The outstanding amount (50%) is due 60 days before departure.
Warranty
A warranty of 1250€ is due 5 days prior departure date. No warranty, no campercar.
What is covered by the insurance
Full omnium
Our campervans are full omnium insured with a deductible (‘own riks’) of 1250€. This includes roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle.
Assistance after an accident or breakdown
You are covered for assistance after an accident or breakdown. A replacement car is provided and/or your hotel expenses (ceiled budget) are reimbursed.
Young or inexperienced drivers
The minimum age for renting a campervan is 23 years old. People of age that do not have their drivers license longer than 5 years apply under the same rules as a young driver. In case of an accident in fault and depending on the situation, damage and costs, the insurance can add an additional fee for young and/or less experienced drivers.
Is there a discount for longer rental periods?
Starting from 3 weeks
A discount of 5% is applied to the third week during high season.
Starting from 4 weeks
A discount of 10% applies during the high season when renting from the 4th week.

What is the pick up & drop off procedure?
Pick up
- Arrival @Onlyvans
- You can find us in at lakensestraat 72, 1853 strombeek. Do not hesitate to call us if you have trouble finding us.
- A staff member will welcome you and verify your booking + security deposit.
- Meet your Van
- Once administration is done you will get an introduction to your campervan
- We will get you familiarised with its features, gadgets, controls and other specifics
- Check your van
- Inspect the campervan for any existing damage or issues
- Note any scratches, dents or other concerns on the departure & rental agreement form
- Review Rental terms
- We will go over the rental terms & conditions
- Collect keys & equipment
- Receive keys to the campervan
- If applicable collect any additional equipment (eg. camping chairs, BBQ, …) included in your rental
- Ask Questions
- Don’t hesitate to ask us anything
- Make sure all doubts are clarified before you hit the road
Drop off
- Clean your van
- Clean the van the best you can
- Make sure the fridge, freezer, watertank & toilet tank are emptied
- Fill up the gastank
- Arrival @OnlyVans

- Please respect the timings agreed upon. Call us in case of deviation.
- Small talk
- We always love to find out about your adventure and experience your had with the van. Please do elaborate
- Return keys & equipment
- Hand over the keys of the van
- If applicable hand over any additional equipment (eg. camping chairs, BBQ, …) included in your rental
- Check the van
- Together we will do a tour of the campervan to check for damage or other issues
- Note the mileage
- Ask questions
- Make sure not to leave with any unclarity or uncertainty
- Drive away with your belongings and car
What is the procedure in case of damage?
In case of damage (you can continue your travel)
Your contract includes a full omnium assurance. Fill out the forms, call the assistent service. Keep us posted and send pictures via whats app.
In case of damage (accident, you can’t continue your travel)
Your contract includes a full omnium assurance and reserve (camper)car (depending on availability). Fill out the forms Call the assistent service. Bring us up to date, send pictures via whats app.
What if I (need to) cancel my booking?
Free cancellation
Up untill 60 days before leaving cancellation is free
Late cancellation
> 30 days before departure: 50% deposit is lost
<30 days days before departure: 100% deposit is lost
Are there any extra costs?
Not included in the rental price
- The cost of repair to the motor and mechanical parts and/or content of housing unit as a result of misuse and / or neglect
- Tolls & the consumption of motor fuel (diesel), Ad Blue, motor oil and gas
Traffic and parking fines
Fines dating from your rental period will be forwarded do you can follow up on this and send us a proof of payment. If follow up is not done correctly and we receive a reminder or need to pay ourselves a fee of €20,00 will be added to the fine.
Charges for deviations from agreements
- Interior (kitchen & fridge, bathroom, floor, seats, … ) neat – failing basis for additional fee of 100€.
- WC tank emptied and rinsed – in default basis for reimbursement of 50€.
- Waste water tank is empty – in default basis for reimbursement of 25€.
- Full diesel tank – in default the credit will be deducted from the deposit + Administrative cost of 50 €.
